[lojban-beginners] "Time with sumti" section chapter 6 of Lojban for beginners

Within this section this example is showed:
la jan. cliva le barja ti'u la jaucac. .i la la suzyn. klama le barja ti'u
la feicac.

The sentence
la la suzyn. klama le barja ti'u la feicac.
to my understanding should be parsed thus:
x1=la la suzyn. (Susan)
selbri=klama (goes)
x2=le barja (to the bar)
time sumti tcita: ti'u la feicac. (at 11:00 o'clock)

So x1 has two "la" articles. I cannot find another explanation for those
twin articles than an author's error. Right?
