I'd probably say that, too.
Or possibly {ro (lo) brivla cu valsi} to emphasise that all brivlas valsi.

I think the "which really are" is no longer appropriate, though.

I think you want .inaja (A implies B) there rather than .ijanai (A is
implied by B) -- or, alternatively, ganai ... gi.
