isn't used in English. It would be weird to say "Thanks, the Philip".
I'm still getting used to it. I know that "la" just means that the
following is a name.
I've just read that "coi djan" is the same as "coi la djan". That feels
weird, but you get that when learning a new language. It took me ages to
accept that "lekker" really was an authentic Dutch word.
BTW, is it permissable and/or correct to use punctuation and numerals? E.g.
{lu'o 3 lo gerku cu batci mi}
or
{mi cusku "hello"}
rather than the typographically verbose:
{mi cusku zoi .glic hello .glic}
