In time and space, like every other spatio-temporal object.
An event has a duration (which can be specified with ze'a)
and a spatial extension (specifiable with ve'a). It also has
a position in time (specifiable with ca) and a position in
space (specifiable with bu'u).
If I say {mi zvati lo nu do tavla}, that means that I am
present at your talk, i.e. in the same place where
your talk takes place.
