Yes, but it probably doesn't mean what you intend -- you're missing a {ku}
or a {cu}.

{lo nu cusku lu coi li'u kei cu te rinsa} - "Saying 'coi' is a way of
greeting someone".

Without the {cu} or {ku}, there is no bridi, and you have one big sumti
composed of {le} + a tanru formed from {nu cusku lu coi li'u kei} and {te
rinsa}.

It becomes x2 because it's after the brivla.

If it were before the brivla ({lo nu lu coi li'u cusku cu te rinsa}), it
would be x1 of {cusku}.

Compare {klama le zarci} "goes to the market" and {le zarci cu klama} "the
market goes".
