Is "baxso" the union of "bindo" and "meljo", or their intersection? Or
something else?
baxso Malay-Indonesian 'Bahasa' x1 reflects
Malay-Indonesian common language/culture in aspect x2
ab 2 (cf. meljo, bindo)
bindo bid Indonesian x1 reflects
Indonesian culture/nationality/language in aspect x2
ab 1 (cf. bindo, meljo, baxso)
meljo mej Malaysian x1 reflects
Malaysian/Malay culture/nationality/language in aspect x2
ab 1 (cf. baxso, bindo)
Something else. Union would be jo'e, intersection ku'a. Commonality is
jo'u and is more nebulously defined.
baxso reflects the fact that the common language of the two countries is
one language, and thus primarily pertains to that language, and in
particular to those aspects of the language which are indeed common to
speakers in both countries.
