From some reading I did I gather that:

do klama mi = you come to me

ko klama mi = you come to me!

Is there an easier way to say something like "come
here"/"come over here"/"come to me"?

Another way would be {ko klama ti}, "come to this one (i.e. to this place)",
but that's not really any simpler.

Would "do klama" or "ko klama" be sufficient?

{do klama} is a statement, "you come" or "you go".
{ko klama} is a command, "Come!" or "Go!".

If context makes it clear which one you mean, it will be sufficient.
Otherwise you need to specify: "Come here!" or "Go there!"

You could also make a lujvo meaning strictly "come", for example
{tifkla}, then you could say {ko tifkla}. That would be shorter, but
not really easier.
