Here is what I think they said:

(Person C) Are you new? Are you on irc://irc.freenode.net #lojban? I
like you :-) [amused].

Is this right?

Yeah, basically. Person A presumably meant to say {se mabla} rather than {mabla}, which makes the first statement more sensible. Replacing {mabla} with {se mabla}:

Person A: "(I) do indeed intensely deride religion people."
Person B: "I see that that is a tenet of your religion."
Person A: "The future will be commended (I hope)." Extremely proudly: "Love yourself."
Andrii: "Are you new? Are you on irc://irc.freenode.net #lojban? I
like you." and he indicates that he likes and is amused by Person A.
