Different place structure. For "x1 is a neighbor of x2" I would use {xa'ujbi},
since that's more like the place structure of {jibni}. The place structure I
would use for {jbixa'u} is "x1 lives at x2, which is near x3", which matches
the noralujv definition but not the other one in jbovlaste.
I would build the place structures as follows:
xa'ujbi: ko'a jibni ko'e lo ka ce'u xabju ma kau
x1 is close to x2 in the property of where they live.
jbixa'u: ko'a xabju lo jibni be ko'e
x1 lives close to person/site x2
So the difference between them is that {xa'ujbi} woould be for the
relationship between two people (two dwellers), while {jbixa'u}
is a bit more general, for example it could also be used for the
relationship between a person and a neighbourhood.
