I think it's worth pointing out that {.oinai ro'a} and {.oi nai ro'a}, and even {.oinairo'a} are exactly the same. Since they're cmavo, the spaces are optional. So there's no sense calling them "2 words", "3 words" and "1 word" -- it's any of those depending on how you want to think about it, and 3 cmavo.
