There haven't been enough occassions of two strangers who speak
Lojban actually meeting to determine that yet. All we have are
speculations about what one could say in such a situation.
In my limited experience of witnessing some such situations, (having
attended a few Logfests) what I have observed is that people have simply
said {coi}.
