That's one of the sections. A list of all sections is one page up:

Sections in green are done, for some sense of "done". Sections in black
are supposedly being worked on, although many of them are already
complete and just waiting to be declared done and others have someone
assigned but have not been started. Sections in red don't have anyone
assigned to them yet.

Checkpointing is declaring a section done until the final revision,
which is to occur at the end of times. The green sections have been
ckeckpointed. There is a link at the top of that page to the BPFK
procedures, if you want all the gory details.
