When jbovlaste was created, the lujvo from noralujv were mass imported.
However, most of them suck.  Hard.  Things like:

kuncpastu
    x1 is a site-got from-lode with gotten-mineral type x2.

So the decision was made to include those lujvo (since it was the only source
available), but to implement a voting system.  "Preferred" words are those
with at least one vote, meaning that some human actually found them to be of
at least minimal worth.
