[lojban-beginners] Re: la xislu xracku

Quoting Michael Turniansky <mturniansky@gmail.com>:

contruction "broda xislu" and once you used "xislu be lo broda". Why
not use the same construction throughout?

I actually had it as "lo trene xislu" at first, but I changed it to "lo xislu be lo trene" for variety, while I was rearranging things to balance the colors. I was just trying to put a variety of grammar, starting with a few tanru and then a few more complicated things & finally a full bridi.

I would have given some examples of how to use the third place of zo xislu, but I don't feel entirely sure of it myself! Made of materials / having properties? What kind of properties? Would it be correct to say "lo xislu be lo trene bei lo jinme"? How about "lo xislu be lo trene bei lo cukla"? What properties are we talking, here? :)

mu'o mi'e la mungodjelis. no'u la bret.
