I would make it part of the name: {la nolturn.djeimyz. e la noltrutix.iasmin}.
You could also say {la djeimyz. poi nolraitru}, especially if you want to
say "King James of England", {la djeimyz. poi nolraitru la gligug}, or the
like.

[...]

T: no'ini'o I use the same format for names of rivers and such: {la misisipis.
rirx}, {la lelx.mitcigan}, {la cman.tcomolynmas} (sp?), etc. [...]

{la djeimyz. poi nolraitru} {la poi nolraitru [ku'o] djeimyz.}
{la poi rirxe [ku'o] misysipis}
I can't see such titles/descriptors as part of the name, myself.

Titles can be tricky. The Prince of Monaco is its sovereign, hence {lo nolraitru be la monakos.} is appropriate & {nolraitrube'a} and {nolrainanla} are inappropriate.

I have used {jatnrpapa} for 'Pope'.
