Common spelling mistakes should be accepted into everyday
use, not corrected, a lecturer has said.
Ken Smith of Bucks New University says the most common
mistakes should be accepted as "variant spellings".

If English were to adopt Lojbanic spelling conventions,
there would be no more confusion, would there?
Better yet, complete the process. Let Great Britain be the
first nation to adopt Lojban as its national language. Keep
Welsh, Scots and Irish Gaelic, Manx and Cornish as legacy
languages, but drop this confusing, ambiguous malglico altogether.
