"ri" is already a sumti, like "mi", "do", "ta", "di'u", "ma", and
all other words of selma'o KOhA.
"go'i" is a brivla, like "klama", "cusku", "du", "mo", and all gismu,
lujvo, fu'ivla, and the cmavo of selma'o GOhA. They need an article
to be used as a sumti.
