also, is that page a copy word for word of the "complete lojban language" book

I found the link here: http://nemorathwald.com/aboutlojban/learninglojban which claims that the link I gave earlier is an online text version of the book.  Is that true?  It surprises me that a book that they sell is also provided as an e-text.

Also, why when I search for the CLL book on amazon do I only get http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Lojban-Language-John-Cowan/dp/0966028309/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1225828326&sr=8-1 for almost $200?!  Is amazon just jacking up the price for some reason or are

It's not just you.  We've been wanting someone to redo the online
refgram in a decent source format for Some Time.

"A decent source format" is defined, at least in my head, as
something that can be used to generate many different versions,
including a nice-looking plain text version.  stx2any and texinfo
are my two favorites for that, but there's a bunch of other
near-plain-text markup langs.  There's also LaTeX.
