I have wondered about this myself.  My gf and I are trying to get
pregnant, but failing.  Anyways.

fi'i cai le cifnu

The simple way: "You are very welcome here, infant!"

Replace "le cifnu" with "la [name]" if you have one.

More complex:

coi le cifnu ko kufra le munje

"Hello, infant.  Be comfortable with the universe."

Perhaps add an ".a'o cai" for "I extremely hope!".

Lots of other options.
