Its place structure is that of whatever {selbri} is given as the answer.

Syntactically, yes.  "{mo}" belongs to {selma'o} GOhA and so can have zero or
more {sumti} as arguments, just like any other {selbri}.

On the topic of the tutorial, I'm really not sure whether it's correct to use
"{cmima}" to indicate that one thing is part of another.  The definition in the
{gismu} list seems highly oriented around membership in mathematical sets, and
treating Europe as a set would technically require use of the very rare
"{la'i}" in place of "{la}" before "{.iurop.}."  A better choice of {selbri}
would be "{pagbu}" or, as I suggested before, "{se vasru}."  On the other hand,
the definition of "{cmima}" is a bit vague, and some could argue that your use
of it is acceptable.
