It's invalid.  As stated in section 4.7 of the CLL, the first rule of {fu'ivla}
requires that, if the consonant cluster is at the beginning of the word,
_every_ pair of adjacent consonants must be a valid initial consonant pair,
which "rx" and "lm" are not.
