"{pei}" in this case is just a basic attitudinal interrogative which can be
answered with either a UI with an optional CAI or with a bare CAI that modifies
an implied "{ge'e}."  The interrogator's "{.o'u}" merely indicates how he feels
and does not change the nature of the question.
