Allowing type-3 fu'ivla to have two prefixes has been found unworkable. It is 
possible (though not official), though, to use a type-3 fu'ivla to make a 
lujvo, such as "zgikrjazytadji".

Btw, "zgike" doesn't have a CVC rafsi, and "zik" is unallocated. Why?
