I think "se la'u", because "li so'o" is the se klani, not the klani.

I would say the ve zmadu is the difference in difficulty between ti
and ta, rather than the quotient.

"nu'a pi'i" is a tanru unit, so what you have is like "ti broda li
so'o nandu semau ta"

You need "ti nu'a pi'i be li so'o nandu" or "ti fi'o nu'a pi'i li so'o
nandu", depending on what you meant.
