OK, that's what I thought.  However, I read somwhere that to do this, you have 
to have degrees in philosophy, mathematics, computer science and some others - 
but not in Business Administration or Chemistry which happen to be my degrees.

Also, once once the work has been done, what then?  How does it become official? 
As CosmicRay pointed out, xorlo has been lying around since 2004.  It looks like 
work is being done, but decisions are not being made.
