Hmm perhaps "lo carmi cu gusni", an intense thing is light, the light
is intense. Hmm what else does light do, well as it says it's energy,
so you could say "lo nejni cu gusni", an energy is light. I think it
would make sense to say that some light is beautiful, so you could say
"lo melbi cu gusni", a beautiful something is light.

What comes to my mind is the gismu "kakne". A kakne is someone who's
able to do something, the selka'e is what they're able to do, and the
terka'e is under what circumstances they're able to.

I don't think you need the "te"; it just slightly changes the
emphasis. I would just say "mi kakne lo nu bevri lo sigja [le se
zvati be le te salci]", I'm able to bring cigars [to the place where
the party's at].
