lo selnavni isn't a light. It's a number or something which indicates which of 
the noble gases you're talking about. The words "kliru" and "sodna" have the 
same place structure; the other element names, including lujvo made with 
these such as "xunkliru", are intransitive.

In "ga'u gusni mi lo tubnu", the light is up. This isn't the same as the tubes 
being above.
ga'u gusni mi lo tubnu: The light is above, maybe illuminating the top half of 
me or of the room.
mo'iga'u gusni mi lo tubnu: The light is moving upward; the tubes are below 
me.
gusni mi lo ga'u tubnu: The tubes are above me.
gusni mi lo mo'iga'u tubnu: The tubes are moving upward.
