The point to recording them is because the Smart.fm "speaks" the
words in it's learning programs, and the computer voice
mispronounces the words, since Lojban's pronunciation differs from
English. As such, it is necessary to record audio of the words
being pronounced correctly so that people learning Lojban using the
Smart.fm lessons learn their pronunciation.

I don't see any point to recording all the gismu and their
arguments in this way. Once the sounds and some representative
words using those sounds have been learned, the whole language is
accessible. I think you're wasting your time and effort, but
they're yours to waste.
OTOH, if you're doing it because you like to, then more power to you.

Just as an update, I've managed to get through the gismu list to
baxso, included all the sumti (as in <baxso>, <lo baso>, <lo se
baxso>) for each of the gismu. That equates to 32 gismu and 87
sumti so far. Seeing as my butt really hurts from sitting in this
chair for so long, I'm taking a break for today- I'll see about
getting through another 32 or so gismu tomorrow.
None but the first two- bacru lo bacru lo se bacru, and badri lo
badri lo se badri- have audio recorded for them, so if you are
using any of the lessons, don't pay attention to the computer
voice- it's guaranteed to pronounce them worngly.
I would very much appreciate any contributions any of you care to
make, either by helping make the individual items- which requires
typing each one in, BY HAND, or submitting audio for the gismu. The
more work I have to do myself, the longer it's going to take, and I
would really like to have this finished before 2011.

The all-inclusive lesson can be subscribed to right now, but it
only has 6 entries so far. The other two have two and four items
respectively, and Smart.fm requires a minimum of 5 items to be able
to subscribe to it. As more entries are made, however, they'll be
able to be subscribed to as well.

This is great. I've been using smart.fm after hearing about it on
this mailing list. It's a fantastic resource.
I noticed the site is still a little buggy since I had trouble
subscribing to one of the Lojban modules. I hope i can subscribe to
this one.
