To clarify:

I mean, of course I can think of a name for the article, however it
needs to be linked to by an existing page in order to ever be seen,
AFAICS.
I'm trying to ask: Is there an existing page in which such a link
would be appropriate? I remember that there is a Software page

http://www.lojban.org/tiki/Lojbanic+Software

Which would probably be an okay place to link from.. hmm. maybe I
answered my own question.

Anyway, if anyone knows a better place to put it, please reply!
