I don't think "do sipna" as an event/state can really have a specific
time; an interval, perhaps, but I don't think this is how {tcika}
operates. Also, the {lo nu} definitely needs a {kei} if you do it get
way; this is why I put it in front of {tcika}, so I could use {cu}
instead of having to use {kei}.
