I don't think {mu'i} is the correct choice here, you're not tired
because something motivates you (or are you?). I would use {ri'a},
because tiredness is your physical reaction.
And {ni} is not quite right pe'i. You're saying "Why [something] is a
quantity of my tiredness [measured on some scale]". xorxes translate
"so" as {tai}, but I doubt it's always good. Personally I would
translate it as {paunai ri'a ma mi mutce tatpi}, but this may be
controversial. "So" is so strange a word...
