I'd say "mi zifre ca li so pi'e cino bi'obo li pano pi'e cino .e li pa pi'e
bi'obo li mu pi'e". jbofi'e doesn't like that; it wants "lo'o" (the terminator
for "li") before "bi'o". One of the "bo" is necessary but the other isn't.

I assume that the first period is in the morning and the second is in the
afternoon. To make that clear, I'd say "li pano pi'e cino pe le cerni ... li
mu pi'e pe le vanci" or "li paci pi'e bi'o li paze pi'e". If you're an
astronomer, you probably want to reverse the assumption. "pe le cerni"
associates only with "li pano pi'e cino", so if the interval crosses noon, you
can tag the first time with "pe le cerni" and the second with "pe le vanci" (or
tag both with "pe le donri"). If you want to tag the whole time interval with
"pe le cerni", I'm not sure. jbofi'e balks at "ke".

btw, "zilfre" is a typo; it means something like "to be fertile, but ignoring
whether any offspring or crop is produced".
