[lojban-beginners] How to say "xr" or "rx" ?

Hello,

I'm starting to learn Lojban, and I have some difficulty understanding the difference in the pronunciation of 'x' and 'r'. As I'm French, I pronounce the 'r' as https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/API_%CA%81 and I find it quite difficult to combine it with the 'x' https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/API_x .

Do you have any suggestion as how to pronounce "xr" and "rx"?
