I found this in CLL:
paroi = once upon a time (somewhere)
paroiku'avi = once upon a time here

I found "ca da" using jufsisku but it doesn't reflect what you mean in English.
"Once upon a time". Here we are talking about undetermined time in past. 

It's all about concepts that have fuzzy borders.
