I'm not sure any of the other body-part gismu have two 3 character rafsi.

bongu bog bo'u (bone)
cnebo neb ne'o (neck)
denci den de'i (tooth)
jamfu jaf jma (foot)
moklu mol mo'u (mouth)
nazbi naz zbi (nose)
pimlu pim pi'u (feather, plumage)
tuple tup tu'e (leg)
xance xan xa'e (hand)
xedja xej xe'a (jaw)

Pretty sure that's all the ones with two short rafsi.
