They mean the same, as does "lo merko ku cu vecnu ti mi". "lo merko cu ku
vecnu ti mi" is ungrammatical, and "lo merko vecnu ti mi" is grammatical, but
a sentence fragment.
Btw I thought you meant "lo merko cu vecnu lo vi paucku" when I had read just
the English.
