  That is a very interesting question.  I suppose it is allowable, but the problem I see is that ending-with-vowel-words are supposed to have a meaning (even though it is used here as a name).  One jsut has to make sure it is of allowable format.

Is there a taboo about making up zi'evla-shaped words as (eg personal) names, as one would do with me'evla?  I mean, instead of calling oneself, say {la .andis.}, one could be {la .andi} (a possible lojbanisation of the naljbo name "Andy"), regardless of the meaning of {.andi} (it has acquired none so far, I believe). Nobody seems to be doing it. Or at least, I'm unaware of it.
