This isn't uncommon with certain lujvo production methods, such as nun- which you showed.

 

Just wandering, can you access them via JA or SE, or any similar cmavo?

Absolutely. Use the cmavo {xi} followed by a PA-string after any FA or SE in order to access the more remote sumti.
