[lojban-beginners] help with a translation

I'd like to use Lojban in my current Pathfinder game. I'd like a villain to say the following in Lojban:

"An artifact like this does not belong in the hands of commoners." (as she removes a powerful (Major) artifact from a PC)

Slight vagueness is fine, because they won't know if what I'm saying is correct.

Also, simplicity and a bit of brevity would be good.
