[lojban-beginners] Chapter 12, Lujvo in pre-existing lujvo

Lojban allows on to make lujvo from pre-existing cmavo, and gismu.
For the sake of cognitive efficiency, is there a way to make new lujvo from cmavo, gismu and
pre-existing lujvo?  I do not think this is allowed, since we do not know the rafsi for the newly
created lujvo.

For example, suppose I wish to create deoxyribonucleic acid lujvo.
First create lujvo for an acid (chemistry), then an OH group (organic chemistry), then nucleotide (biology), ...
you get the idea.
Now, combine these lujvo results into a new lujvo.
I could generalize this procedure to mathematics, electrical engineering, theater, and so on.
Thanks.
