You could, but also: 

  lo jubme cu mitre lo milti be li bi no no lo ka ganra

  lo jubme cu miltre li bi no no lo ka ganra 

The last one is closest to what you have in English. 

The way you have it is more like "the table is one thousandth of an 800 meter thing in width".

I was just trying to use all places of {milti}.

It is, if you are thinking of 2 (million dollars) but you could also say:

 mi ponse lo rupnu be lo megdo be li re

which is more like (2 million) dollars. Or:

 mi ponse lo megru'u be li re

 "I own 2 megadollars."
