{dizlo} = x1 is low/down/downward in frame of reference x2 as compared with baseline/standard height x3.

does this "frame of reference" mean that it should be the lowest point of an object ("wall")?

I don't think dizlo1 _has to_ be be a part of dizlo2, but it _can_ be.
 
How to fill all places of {dizlo} then?

I never know quite what to do with "by standard" places, I think they should all be dropped. Presumably in this particular case the "standard height" might be half way up the wall.
