I'd use {kibycpa} for "download" and {kibycta} for looking at a web page.
{klama} requires a destination, an origin, a route, and a means of transport.
You aren't going from an origin to a destination when you view a web page. The
packets containing the web page do muvdu (not sure about {klama} as I don't
see a vehicle involved).The packets don't muvdu, they se benji.--gejyspa
