Hi,

you can log in to http://lojban.shapado.com/ with a variety of different
single-sign-on mechanisms including google account, facebook, openid, twitter,
whathaveyou. Then you can ask questions and answer questions. If the community
is active enough, that is ;)

btw, there is much more activity in our IRC channel, which is #lojban on the
freenode irc network.
