I have just discovered an error in the Smart.fm gismu lesson. This error did not originally exist, and was placed there at some later date.
The definition for {cusku} on Smart.fm is currently
"x1 says x2 for audience x3 via medium x4"
This is incorrect. The English word "says" carries with it the implied meaning that it was verbally spoken. {cusku} is any form of _expression_, not merely speech, which is {ba'usku}.
Originally, and correctly, {cusku} was
"x1 expresses x2 for audience x3 via medium x4"
Unfortunately, I am currently unable to fix this problem.
It is my hope that Robin may be able to determine the method neccessary to fix this, when he has the time and inclination to do so.
It is possible that the only way in which to fix it is to delete the item and re-add it with the correct definition.
I am making this announcement on the Beginner's list as well in hopes that those of us who are using the lesson will be forewarned of this regrettable error, and also to hopefully shame the perpetrator a bit. :)
