"klakyklaku klakyklaku klaku" is used in The Restaurant of Many Orders
for "cried and cried and cried and cried and cried". "mamymamta" (lujvo jenai
tanru) means "maternal grandmother", and similarly "pafpatfu". I'm not sure
what "ponse ponse" would mean.
