"mu'o" and "mi'e" are both vocatives. The sumti (you can also have a selbri or 
a bare name; in each of these cases an article is assumed) after "mu'o" is 
the person you're yielding the floor to; the sumti after "mi'e" is yourself. 
In "mu'o mi'e pier" the object of "mu'o" is an implicit "zo'e", so I'm 
yielding the floor to anyone. In "mi'e pier. mu'o" the object of "mu'o" is 
any sumti, selbri, or bare name that comes after it; if there is none, it's 
implicit "zo'e".
