Can 4-letter rafsi be used without "y" as in this example of "sel-panz-bei"? I would expect "sel-panzy-bei".

That would be {pazyselbei}.
However, shouldn't it be {selpanzbei}?
x1=p2=b1 is pregnant with child x2=p1=b2
