Hello, I'm new to posting here, so pardon me if I seem abrupt. I've been
watching the lojban-beginners group off-and-on for a few months now, and
had read i. la lojban. mo a few years ago. I've recently picked learning
the language back up, and am enjoying working (very, VERY slowly) on a
translation of H.P. Lovecraft's Call of Cthulhu. So far, I have...

I'm sure that are at least a few things horribly wrong with this, but I
feel that this is a most interesting way to learn the language (scouring
lessons for the ones I need in order to figure out a particularly
challenging sumti, such as the one in that parenthetical). Any advice I
could get on either my translation or this method of learning the
language would be greatly appreciated.
