"vo'a" isn't third-person, it's reflexive. "mi klama le zdani be vo'a" means 
the same as "mi klama le zdani be mi".

No. "ra'o" updates the meaning of "mi" or "do" as a sumti of the referent of 
GOhA when the speaker changes. The speaker doesn't change in this subordinate 
clause.

The other silly combination is "du ra'o".
